GPI has custom print and packaging capabilities both domestically and in Asia. Our domestic production manager has over 20 year's experience designing, developing and managing the production for individual components and multi component packaging. Our emphasis is on project management, quality control, color press checks and freight management. Our packaging capabilities includes but is not limited to – setup boxes, folding cartons, displays, clam shells, tins, thermoformed trays, note pads, wooden components, boxes with windows, etc...

Q. What does Grand Prix Intl need from me to complete a quote?
A. Click "Contact Us" at the top of the page, fill out the form, and a project manager from GPI will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your packaging needs. You will need to have structural and printing specifications, quantity to be quoted, delivery instruction and number of releases.
Q. What type of packaging does GPI provide?
A. Custom packaging for all consumer products including setup boxes, folding cartons, tuck boxes, tins, blister packs, display, plastic, wood etc...
Q. Can GPI help me with a package design?
A. Yes. We would just need a sample of what you want packaged.
Q. Does GPI provide graphic design services?
A. Yes.
Q. Does GPI do assembly?
A. Yes
Q. What is the lead-time for manufacturing?
A. Three to four weeks if manufactured domestically and 90 to 120 days if manufactured in Asia.
Q. Will GPI provide pre-production samples?
A. Yes.
Q. What type of art files do you accept?
A. Normally Adobe Illustrator and Indesign. Our project manager will be happy to walk you or your designer through the process.
Q. Do you have a FTP site to post artwork to?
A. Yes.
Q. What is your minimum order requirement?
A. 2,500 for domestic production. Typically for Asian production the minimum order quantity is 5,000.

| E Flute | The corrugate material commonly used for small displays. Normally white on the outside and kraft on the inside. |
| C Flute | The corrugate material used for shipping boxes. |
| Conversions | To convert millimeters (mm) to inches divide by 25.4. To convert inches to (mm) multiply by 25.4. |
| Order Tolerance | Industry standards are plus or minus 10% of order quantity. |
| FOB Plant | The point at which freight cost is charged. |
